Job summary
Gallagher is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital Business Technology Portfolio Management Office. You will bridge business needs, technology, and project delivery, translating ambiguity into practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
You'll influence initiatives across discovery to adoption, collaborating with PMs, Architects, and change specialists to ensure we solve the right problems, not merely automate existing ones.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst with coaching or mentoring responsibility.
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong requirements elicitation, process analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, requirements elicitation, process analysis and solution shaping across initiatives.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Challenging assumptions and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders around outcomes.
- Support projects through delivery, testing, implementation and adoption.
- Coach and mentor Business Analysts, promoting best-practice analysis.
