Job summary

Talent in New Zealand seeks a Lead Business Analyst to support and develop a high-performing team of BAs, strengthen analysis standards and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.

This blended leadership and delivery role will coach and mentor BAs, review outputs, improve tools and ways of working, and provide hands-on support across discovery, requirements, future-state design and solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Senior or Lead Business Analyst experience delivering multiple concurrent projects within complex technology environments.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or leading Business Analysts.
• A passion for developing people and improving BA practices.
• Strong discovery, requirements and process-analysis capability.
• The ability to connect business strategy, customer outcomes and technology delivery.
• Experience working across Agile, Scrum, Kanban or SAFe environments.
• Confidence engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.

Our client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to support and develop a high-performing team of BAs, strengthen analysis standards and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.

This is a blended leadership and delivery role. You will coach and mentor Business Analysts, review analysis outputs, improve tools and ways of working, and provide hands‑on support across discovery, requirements, future‑state design and solution delivery.

You could be a strong fit if you bring:
