Job summary

You will mentor junior BAs, manage backlogs, and explore how data, automation and AI can unlock value while maintaining Tower's guardrails. A customer-first mindset and experience across IT in insurance are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis across Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable requirements.
• Mentor junior BAs and contribute to capability building.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver practical solutions.
• Experience with data, AI and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide thinking and outcomes with deep knowledge of customer needs.
• Map current and future state processes and identify opportunities with data, AI and automation.
• Mentor junior BAs and strengthen the BA practice.
• Translate strategy with POs, PMs, designers and stakeholders into actionable work.
• Manage backlogs, discovery and refinement activities.
• Champion AI while delivering value within governance.
• Facilitate workshops and maintain stakeholder collaboration.
