Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children is seeking several Senior Business Analysts to join the Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade Programme in Wellington/Auckland. The programme replaces legacy systems with modern platforms to improve frontline services and outcomes for tamariki and whānau.
As a senior, you will lead, coach and mentor other analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery from discovery through to deployment.

We are looking for several excellent Senior Business Analysts to join our Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade (FTSU) Programme. The FTSU programme has been established to replace current legacy systems with modern platforms that will improve frontline services and enable better outcomes for tamariki and whănu.
As one of a team of Senior Business Analysts, you'll collaborate to design future-focused processes and systems to make it easier for our kaimahi to work productively, spending more time working directly with children, their families and communities. The role will sit within the Enterprise Programme Management Office (EPMO) team and be connected to a community of Business Analysts. You'll be embedded in the FTSU Programme team, with its own programme structure. As a Senior Business Analyst, you are also expected to contribute to the improvement of the practice and lead, coach, guide, and mentor other Business Analysts.
