Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children has a commitment to putting tamariki and rangatahi at the heart of what we do. In our work, we aim to demonstrate these values:
We are committed to ensuring that NewZealand is the best place in the world to be a child. We are also committed to ensuring Oranga Tamariki partners with hapū, iwi and Māori organisations to find appropriate solutions for tamariki in need.
We are looking for several excellent Senior Business Analysts to join our Frontline Technology Systems Upgrade (FTSU) Programme. The FTSU programme has been established to replace current legacy systems with modern platforms that will improve frontline services and enable better outcomes for tamariki and whānau. As one of a team of Senior Business Analysts, you'll collaborate to design future‑focused processes and systems to make it easier for our kaimahi to work productively, spending more time working directly with children, their families and communities. This is your chance to contribute to safer, more nurturing communities while enjoying flexible working opportunities, supportive leadership, and a collaborative environment.
The role will sit within the Enterprise Programme Management Office (EPMO) team and be connected to a community of Business Analysts.
