Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Alexandra, NZ is seeking an experienced contract and service management professional to lead a Group Hospitality portfolio, including housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, linen & laundry, and portering services.

You will drive vendor performance, ensure compliance, monitor quality, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in contract management or related field.
• Experience in contract, vendor, or service management.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or facilities environments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical and proactive with ability to juggle priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Group Hospitality portfolio (Housekeeping, Waste, Pest Control, Landscaping, Linen & Laundry, Portering).
• Drive vendor performance to achieve KPIs, service standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and safety regs.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements for operational effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues and gaps.
• Oversee contract governance, reporting, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and financial management to optimise value.
• Lead or participate in projects to strengthen service delivery and resilience.
• Develop a collaborative, high-performing team culture through coaching.

• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and workplace safety regulations.




• Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and user experience.




• Partner stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues, address service gaps, and support operational needs.




• Oversee contract governance, performance reporting, and documentation to ensure accountability and audit readiness.




• Support budgeting, procurement, and financial management to optimise resource utilisation and value for money.




• Lead or participate in projects and initiatives that strengthen service delivery, operational resilience, and organisational outcomes.




• Develop a collaborative and high-performing team culture through coaching, engagement, and knowledge sharing.

Requirement

• Recognised Degree, preferably in contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Setting / Horticulture, Certified Practicing Horticulturist (CPH), or related field




• Relevant experience in contract, vendor, or service management, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or facilities environments.




• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.




• Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.




• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
