Deloitte NZ in Auckland seeks a Senior Analyst/Manager for Transaction Services to support complex client transactions, deliver analytics, and provide strategic input. You will collaborate with partners, review documents, and help manage client engagements from start to finish.

Qualifications

Bring 4+ years’ experience in a professional services firm, investment bank, or similar environment, with expertise in Transactions or Corporate Finance and see what impact you can make.
Chartered accountant (CA) qualification or chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation.
Advanced Excel skills, capable of evaluating complex datasets to extract insights.

Responsibilities

Conducting in-depth financial analysis and modelling to derive insights for commercial problem‑solving.
Assisting senior team members by drafting reports, attending client calls and meetings, and ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery of work.
Mentoring junior team members by supporting and reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Building deep relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout a transaction process.
