Job summary

Deloitte NZ is seeking a Manager/Associate Director to lead finance transformation within supply chain from its Auckland office. You will partner with senior clients, drive end-to-end transformation across planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics, and deliver measurable performance improvements while leveraging Deloitte’s digital and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, industry, or both with a focus on supply chain or transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale supply chain programmes and measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and executive teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to solve complex supply chain challenges.
• Lead high-impact transformation engagements across planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and network design.
• Drive performance improvements for service, resilience, productivity and cost efficiency.
• Leverage Deloitte capabilities in Digital, Data Analytics, Technology and Enterprise Transformation.
• Lead workstreams and multidisciplinary teams ensuring high-quality delivery and strong outcomes.
• Design target operating models, operating rhythms and governance frameworks.
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic discussions to align priorities.
• Analyze operational, financial and supply chain data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Coach and develop team members to grow capability and delivery excellence.
