Deloitte NZ is seeking a Senior Analyst/Manager to join our market-leading Transactions practice in Corporate Finance. You will work with highly skilled professionals delivering financial due diligence, M&A and debt advisory, and valuations.

You will develop client relationships, understand business objectives, and drive delivery of deal documentation and analyses. Mentoring junior staff and cross-functional collaboration are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• CA or CFA qualification or equivalent.
• 4+ years in a professional services firm, investment bank, or similar environment.
• Strong numerical ability and Excel-based financial modelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to mentor and lead junior team members and work in a team environment.
• Proven project management skills with delivery to deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Project management of transaction execution with vendors/bidders/boards and deal stakeholders.
• Overseeing structuring and delivery of deal documents and client communications.
• Leading delivery of due diligence processes including data room and Q&A.
• Mentoring and developing junior staff within the team.
• Collaborating cross-functionally across firm practices.
