Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in transport or major capital investment.
• Ability to prioritise and optimise multi-year investment programmes.
• Strong governance, commercial thinking and market engagement.

• Lead the strategic development and prioritisation of a multi-year programme.
• Oversight of governance, assurance and planning frameworks.
• Shape funding pipelines and co-funding strategies.
• Provide clear, evidence-based advice connecting strategy to delivery.
• Lead procurement and market strategy to match capacity.
