This role focuses on establishing programme governance, integrated planning, and stakeholder engagement across diverse workstreams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large, complex strategic programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and risk management capabilities.
• Experience establishing programme frameworks and executive reporting processes.
• Ability to rapidly understand interconnected workstreams and timelines.
• Experience with various delivery methodologies and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management at executive level and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and coordination of a large-scale strategic programme.
• Develop and maintain an integrated programme plan across multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance structures, steering groups, reporting frameworks, and controls.
• Coordinate procurement activities and external consultants / service providers.
• Identify milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical decision points.
• Prepare reporting and insights for executives and governance groups.
• Build relationships with regulators, iwi, community groups, local authorities, and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and collaboration across programme teams and stakeholders.
