Job summary

Auckland Airport is seeking an Infrastructure Resource Planning Coordinator on a fixed-term basis to May 2028. This role supports integrated workforce planning, capability development and engagement initiatives to ensure the organisation has the right people, skills and resources aligned to programme delivery and priorities.

You will work across multiple stakeholders, coordinating demand planning, analysing data and generating insights to improve workforce efficiency while supporting onboarding,

Qualifications

• At least 8 years experience in resource or workforce planning roles.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Experience supporting decision-making through reporting and forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce demand planning aligned to programme delivery.
• Maintain visibility of resource demand, capacity constraints and gaps.
• Analyse cost, workforce and delivery data to identify trends and risks.
• Monitor timesheet submission and provide admin support for compliance.
• Support onboarding, transitions, and capability feedback.
• Coordinate training plans and team development activities.
• Coordinate event management for team building and social functions.
• Oversee conference and awards submissions.
