We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to join our Strategy and Performance Team on a fixed-term basis (or secondment) to cover parental leave.
This role sits at the centre of Treasury's strategic planning and performance system. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation to support priority-setting, business planning, organisational performance reporting and external accountability processes.
You will provide trusted advice and insights that help leaders understand progress against Treasury's objectives, identify emerging issues and opportunities, and make informed decisions about priorities and delivery. You will also play a key role in coordinating key organisational reporting products, including statutory and accountability documents.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting strategy with delivery, bringing structure to complexity, and working across organisational boundaries to achieve shared outcomes.
You are a confident and credible advisor with experience working in strategy, planning, performance reporting, governance or organisational performance. You thrive in complex environments and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and translating information into clear advice and actionable insights.
You bring sound judgement, strong relationship management skills and a genuine interest in helping organisations deliver on their strategic objectives.

The base salary range for this role is $127,621.55 to $150,143.00. Appointments will be made based on the successful candidate's skills, experience and alignment with the requirements of the role.
