Oranga Tamariki is seeking a Senior Advisor Redress to assess and respond to claims from individuals who experienced abuse while in care. This role focuses on trauma‑informed, child‑centred practice and expert guidance for timely, consistent responses.

You will work with the Redress team in Systems Leadership, assessing complex claims, engaging claimants, and coordinating responses that support wellbeing and healing, with a focus on advocacy and safeguarding tamariki and rangatahi.

Qualifikationen

• Experience assessing and responding to abuse-related claims.
• Ability to engage directly with claimants and advocate for their needs.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and child-centred approaches.
