Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children is seeking a Senior Advisor Redress to respond to abuse-related claims from individuals who were in our care. The role focuses on compassionate, child-centred, trauma-informed practice to support healing journeys and wellbeing.

You will assess and manage complex claims, engage directly with claimants, advocate for their needs, and coordinate timely, consistent responses. Based in Wellington, relocation to the area is welcomed for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Experience responding to abuse-related claims in child welfare or related fields.
• Ability to work in a trauma-informed, wellbeing-focused environment.
• Wellington-based or willing to relocate to Wellington.
