Job summary

Coromandel Area School in the Waikato region is seeking an experienced teacher for an Area / composite role (Years 1–15) with middle leadership responsibilities.

The successful applicant will bring strong curriculum knowledge across English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts, and will adapt programmes to meet a range of learners.

This position will suit an experienced teacher who has strong knowledge of curriculum and is able to plan and adapt programmes to meet the needs of a range of students with additional needs. The successful applicant will be highly relational, self managing and the have proven ability to lead projects with colleagues.

As an Area School, the ability to work with teachers and students from Years 1 through to 13 will be advantageous.
