Job summary

FIRST Security in Taupo, New Zealand, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, coach frontline teams, and ensure safety and high standards of service.

You will drive delivery to meet customer and contractual requirements, manage incidents, and coordinate workforce while maintaining strong customer relationships in a dynamic environment. A NZ Driver Licence is essential.

• Maintain compliance with health & safety and operating standards.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in team performance and cost-effective service delivery.
