Job summary

EROAD is seeking a Security Analyst to help safeguard our data, systems, and services. You’ll join the Information Security team to support daily security operations and contribute to ongoing security improvements.

We welcome someone early in their security career with hands-on experience and a genuine interest in cybersecurity, plus the ability to document work clearly and communicate effectively with teammates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a security analyst or similar role.
• Python automation experience.
• Understanding of Windows and Linux systems.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with security frameworks.
• Practical exposure to security tools such as XDR, vulnerability scanners, CNAPP.
• Attention to detail and clear documentation.
• Collaborative communication with others.
• Demonstrated cybersecurity interest via projects or self-study.
• Confidence using AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review security activity across the business and flag issues early.
• Support investigations and response with the CISO and Information Security team.
• Contribute ideas to the continuous improvement of EROAD's security posture.
• Help assess and strengthen cloud environments, endpoints and infrastructure.
• Use automation and AI tools to streamline monitoring, reporting and other recurring security tasks.
• Maintain clear documentation of findings, actions and improvements.
