Job summary

EROAD is a global fleet management technology company. We are hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help maintain and evolve the SaaS platforms that our fleet operator customers rely on every day.

You will contribute to solution design for large-scale distributed systems, operate production environments on an on-call roster, and drive root-cause analysis to deliver lasting fixes while building automation that reduces toil and improves reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production at scale.
• Strong automation and scripting capabilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design for large-scale, customer-facing distributed systems.
• Operate and support production environments on an on-call roster.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement lasting fixes.
• Build automation to reduce manual toil and improve reliability.
• Improve monitoring and observability across the platform.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities across infrastructure.
• Mentor teammates within an autonomous Agile platform team.
