Stickybeak is seeking an entry-level Sales Development role to support Account Executives by turning demand into qualified pipeline. You will book demos and grow pipeline while being coached and developed in a fast-growing startup environment.
You will use AI tools to research accounts, craft personalised outreach, and learn the art of discovery notes in Hubspot. This is a role designed to build a career in sales with real impact.
Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey.
We are a tech startup, have built something that works in New Zealand, and we're already selling well into Australia too. Now we want to turn that into a rocket ship.
This role exists to support our Account Executives, turning demand into qualified pipeline right at the top of the funnel. You'll be directly accountable for booking demos and growing pipeline, so the impact of what you do shows up in the numbers every week. It's an entry-level sales role where you'll be coached properly, developed on purpose, and handed a real platform to build a career on. As a start-up in growth mode, what you focus on day to day will shift as we do.
Here's the thing: we're not hiring for a CV, we're hiring for a mindset. We want someone resilient, endlessly curious about people and businesses, and genuinely energised by asking the right questions to uncover a real need. Someone who's excited to work alongside AI tools rather than just use them, because AI is how we're going to scale this function. A marketing or business degree is valuable and will help you pick things up fast, but it's not what gets you the job. Attitude, curiosity, and grit do.
We're fun, high energy, and we're a team that genuinely cares about each other, not just the numbers on the board. We live our values every day: Curious, Conversational, and Focused.
