Job summary

Hunter Campbell is seeking an experienced Operations Support Coordinator to join their Auckland team on an immediate three-month contract to help embed a recently implemented SAP system. You will process and manage customer orders, follow up issues, respond to queries, support ecommerce escalations, and liaise with Customer Operations and Supply Chain, while maintaining accurate data across systems.

The role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented communicator who can thrive in a busy environment

Qualifications

• Experience in customer operations, order processing or similar support.
• Strong systems capability and ability to learn new processes quickly.
• SAP experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to juggle priorities and follow through.
• Proactive, adaptable attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Following up orders and helping resolve delivery or supply issues
• Responding to customer queries and providing updates
• Supporting eCommerce escalations
• Liaising with internal teams across Customer Operations and Supply Chain
• Maintaining accurate information within systems
• General administration and operational support wherever needed
• Helping the team navigate a busy environment as they continue to settle into their new SAP system
