Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) New Zealand is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end solution design across multiple clouds, aligning CRM initiatives with business goals.

You will drive onboarding to lifecycle processes, integration patterns, and secure data flows, while mentoring teams and delivering scalable, customer-centric Salesforce solutions across the organization.

• Deliver Data Cloud and Agent force solutions for Customer 360
• Build Salesforce apps with Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, design, implementation, governance, and technical leadership across multiple clouds.
• Design and optimize customer onboarding, lifecycle management, engagement, retention, and CRM transformation processes using Salesforce.
• Implement and support Sales Cloud solutions for lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-order, sales automation, forecasting, pipeline management, and Prism integration.
• Drive Service Cloud implementations, enhancing case management, omni-channel support, knowledge management, SLA management, and AI-powered service automation.
• Design and manage secure integrations between Salesforce, Prism, OMS, and enterprise applications using REST APIs and scalable integration patterns.
• Lead Salesforce Field Service implementations, including work orders, scheduling, dispatching, territory management, mobile workforce solutions, and operational automation.
• Develop secure customer, partner, and self-service portals using Experience Cloud to enhance digital engagement and user experience.
• Deliver Data Cloud and Agent force solutions to enable Customer 360, AI-driven automation, customer insights, and personalized engagement.
• Build scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and APIs while ensuring security, performance, and governance compliance.
• Lead Marketing Cloud initiatives, including customer journeys, audience segmentation, campaign automation, personalized communications, and CRM integration.
