Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) New Zealand is seeking a senior technical leader to guide both on-site and offshore teams in Modern Workplace Services. You will ensure engineering consistency, drive incident management, and support continuous improvement initiatives across projects and clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with governance teams, delivery excellence, and security/compliance practices, with opportunities for global exposure and local impact within the APAC region.

• Drive automation, tooling enhancements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
