Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is hiring for a senior role focused on Amazon Connect and AI-enabled contact center solutions. You will design, implement, and operate cloud-based contact center platforms across voice and omnichannel channels, leveraging serverless architectures and Terraform for IaC.

You will lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and collaborate with global teams to drive sustainable, innovative solutions for clients while expanding your expertise in Generative AI

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Connect Administration & Engineering.
• Proficient Python development.
• Experience with Salesforce & Service Cloud Voice integration.
• Proficient with Terraform, Git and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Amazon Q, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Strong solution architecture and technical leadership capabilities.
• Experience with contact center operations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and administer Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and omnichannel experiences.
• Implement and support CCaaS solutions across voice, chat, and messaging channels.
• Develop serverless applications and integrations using AWS Lambda (Python), API Gateway, and event-driven architectures.
• Design and implement Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and Service Cloud Voice integrations.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Lead technical solution design, architecture, documentation, and platform engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Amazon Connect, AWS, Salesforce, and integrated contact center platforms.
• Implement Generative AI solutions, including Amazon Q, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and AI governance controls.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, reliability, observability, and operational excellence across all environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and support end-to-end delivery from development through production deployment and BAU transition.
