Job summary

Infosys in Auckland, NZ is seeking a Principal Technology Architect to lead transformative technology strategies and architecture design for Communications Cloud and Revenue Cloud. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of IT experience and 5+ years in solution architecture, focusing on Salesforce and related platforms.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for Communications Cloud and Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Define scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions for telecom clients.
• Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical standards.
• Architect integrations with OSS, BSS, billing, ERP, and middleware platforms.

Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies? We’re looking for a Principal Technology Architect to join our team

Location: Auckland, NZ

Flexible working arrangements (hybrid, reviewed case-by-case basis).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture design for Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Define scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions for telecom clients.
• Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical standards.
• Architect integrations with OSS, BSS, billing, ERP, and middleware platforms.
• Lead solution workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Mentor technical teams and oversee delivery quality.
• Support strategic roadmap planning and platform modernization initiatives.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Over 15 years of experience IT & 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and implementations, specifically focusing on Salesforce and related technology platforms
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect

Preferred:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud or Revenue Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, and Order Management.
• Experience with OmniStudio framework and Salesforce Industries solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce integrations and API-led architectures.
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) knowledge.
• Understanding of Quote-to-Cash and telecom business processes.
• Experience with MuleSoft, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integrations.

• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
