Job summary

Ecoflow Ltd in Christchurch, NZ is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back the sales and business development teams. You will prepare quotations, proposals and customer documentation, and provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries.

You will act as the central point for sales administration, coordinating with sales, technical, operations, and procurement teams to ensure quotes are accurate and customers are well-supported.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or experience in business, sales, administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service or sales administration preferred.
• Experience preparing quotations, proposals and customer documentation.
• Competent with Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems, with Pipedrive, Simpro or Ostendo experience advantageous.
• Good general commercial understanding, including pricing, margins and customer service.
• Ability to understand technical products and develop sufficient product knowledge to respond to routine customer enquiries.
• Strong analytical skills, effective time management and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and educate customers.
• Self-motivated, able to work both autonomously and in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries and act as a responsive first point of contact.
• Provide customers with product information and respond to routine technical enquiries.
• Coordinate more complex enquiries with the appropriate sales or technical team member.
• Prepare accurate, professional quotations, proposals and supporting sales documentation.
• Ensure pricing, products, terms and customer information are correct prior to issue.
• Proactively follow up open quotations and customer opportunities.
• Process customer purchase orders and convert accepted quotations into sales orders/jobs.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, credits and other transactional documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, contact, quotation and opportunity information within the CRM.
• Liaise with Operations, Procurement, Service and technical teams to confirm availability and lead times.
