Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a proactive Sales Support / Account Coordinator in Auckland to back Senior Account Managers. You will liaise with clients, manage artwork and quotes, and coordinate with production and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Ideally you have strong administration, IT skills and numerical confidence, with excellent communication and a can-do attitude to handle a fast-moving manufacturing environment. On-site role with potential for progression.

What you’ll be doing

Ideally, you’ll have experience in print, packaging, labels or a similar manufacturing environment. You’ll understand that this is a fast-moving industry where deadlines matter, details are critical and strong communication is essential.

Previous sales support, customer service or account coordination experience would be ideal, but having the right attitude is just as important.

If you have a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a similar field, this is a chance to put what you’ve learned into practice — working with brands, customers and commercial decisions every day.
