Join an established manufacturing business where you’ll work alongside experienced Senior Account Managers, supporting major clients and well-known brands.
This is a busy and varied role where you’ll be part of the wider team — working with clients, Account Managers and an on-site manufacturing team.

Supporting Senior Account Managers, you’ll be involved in:
Liaising with clients and building strong relationships
Managing artwork, quotes, orders and invoicing
Coordinating with production and other internal teams
Working with pricing, coding and sales forecasting
Keeping projects on track and ensuring the detail is right
Helping resolve issues when things don’t go to plan
You’ll be organised, commercially minded and great with people, with the confidence to get involved and make things happen.
You’ll bring:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence with numbers, systems and data
Excellent written and verbal communication
A confident phone manner
The ability to manage competing priorities
Initiative and a practical approach to problem-solving
A willingness to learn and develop
Ideally, you’ll have experience in print, packaging, labels or a similar manufacturing environment. You’ll understand that this is a fast-moving industry where deadlines matter, details are critical and strong communication is essential.
Previous sales support, customer service or account coordination experience would be ideal, but having the right attitude is just as important.
If you have a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a similar field, this is a chance to put what you’ve learned into practice — working with brands, customers and commercial decisions every day.
