Job summary

HVAC Depot in Auckland, part of Beijer Ref, is seeking a skilled HVAC Sales Representative to join our team of experts. You will drive sales, develop key accounts, and promote heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. A proven track record in a similar role and a passion for engineered solutions are essential.

• To actively chase new business and maximise sales opportunities.

• Promote components in line with marketing plans and strategies.
• Inform customers of supply and price trends and assist in inventory control.
• Provide quotations accurately and on time.

HVAC Depot, a Beijer Ref owned company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HVAC Sales Representative to join our team of experts in our Auckland branch. If you have a passion for top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and are committed to delivering exceptional results, we want you on board!

Key tasks and Responsibilities:

• To actively ‘chase new business’ to ensure that we are maximising all sales opportunities throughout the re-sale network.
• Maintain a sales program based on customer requirements and sales targets.
• Secure and renew orders, determine price within guidelines. Arrange delivery dates and other matters to facilitate sales.
• To promote components in accordance the marketing plan and strategies.
• Inform customers of supply, price trends and assist in inventory control.
• To provide quotation services, accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate a good standard of oral and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent internal (staff) and external customer service.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Be precise, accurate and attentive to detail.
• Be an active team player, demonstrating the skill to work as part of a team co-operatively whilst also being able to work independently.
