Amplifon NZ is seeking a highly organised Sales Support Coordinator to join our Auckland-based Support Office. You will provide operational, administrative, and reporting support to clinics and the sales network.

In this role you will coordinate across national teams, support scheduling and workforce planning, and help drive performance with data-driven insights within a global organisation. This position offers growth and collaborative development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination, operational support, or a similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• The ability to analyse information and convert data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating operational and administrative support across our national sales network.
• Supporting scheduling, leave management, and workforce planning activities.
• Preparing and maintaining sales and operational reports.
• Analysing data and identifying trends, opportunities, and business risks.
• Assisting with onboarding and administration for new team members.
• Coordinating communications, presentations, and reporting for leadership teams.
• Supporting stock management, auditing, and compliance activities.
• Working closely with Area Managers and the Sales Leadership Team to drive business performance.
