Job summary

Amplifon New Zealand is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator based at our Takapuna support office. The role delivers accurate information and reconciliations to the Account Services Manager, Finance Manager and Finance Director, and supports the finance team's objectives.

Key responsibilities include daily and weekly reconciliations, processing receipting of direct credit payments, and assisting with refunds and aged debt recovery, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accounting technical experience.
• General knowledge of General Accounting and Accounts Receivable.
• JD Edwards/Oracle experience preferred.
• All activities must meet Amplifon's delegated authorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of private bank account
• Perform weekly reconciliation of funder bank account
• Assist and resolve any cash up queries received from the clinics
• Accurate and timely management and processing receipting of direct credit payments
• Be able to support on customer refund and aged debtor recovery when and required
• Accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual tasks
