Job summary

2 Cheap Cars Group Limited in Hamilton is seeking a driven Branch Manager to lead a rural branch, drive a positive culture, and deliver best-in-class customer service while achieving sales targets.

You will have autonomy to grow the business, coach staff, monitor performance, and oversee day-to-day yard operations. Experience in finance and insurance sales is desirable; weekend work is required at times.

About you

• Ability to develop your people and reach sales targets through coaching and role modelling.
• Hands‑on approach to delivering exceptional customer service while managing branch performance.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Establish and maintain outstanding working relationships with all stakeholders and clients.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to promote finance and insurance products, ensuring monthly sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the market.
• Ability to independently operate the yard and manage day‑to‑day branch activities when required.
