Job summary

WM New Zealand in Wellington is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales teams across Wellington, Hawke’s Bay and Bay of Plenty. You will drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships and shape sales strategy in a fast-paced essential industry.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, manage the sales pipeline, forecast performance and identify new business opportunities using market insights and data. You must be based in New Zealand with a valid work visa.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong experience in sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Confidence using CRM platforms, sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office.

The role you'll play
