Job summary

Continental Motorrad Auckland is seeking a BMW Motorrad Sales Executive who lives and breathes motorcycles and delivers premium customer experiences. Reporting to the Dealership Manager, you’ll turn conversations into sales, arrange test rides, and help customers select bikes, gear and accessories that fit their dreams.

You’ll engage with riders of all levels, build strong relationships, and represent the brand at events, contributing to a vibrant BMW Motorrad community in New Zealand.

• A genuine passion for motorcycles and riding culture.
• Natural ability to connect with people and build relationships.
• Sales or customer service experience, automotive or motorcycle desirable.
• Motivation to hit sales targets while maintaining customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability for diverse customers.

Your ride starts here Reporting to the Dealership Manager, you’ll be much more than a salesperson. You’ll be a BMW Motorrad brand ambassador, sharing your knowledge, enthusiasm and love of motorcycles while helping customers find the bike that’s right for them. Whether you're introducing someone to BMW Motorrad for the first time, talking adventure bikes with a seasoned rider, helping a customer choose the finishing touches for their new bike, or handing over the keys to their dream motorcycle, you’ll make every interaction memorable.

• Create exceptional, personalised sales experiences by understanding what makes each customer tick
• Get customers out of the showroom and onto the bike, delivering test rides that build excitement and confidence
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with riders and help grow a loyal BMW Motorrad community
• Stay connected with customers beyond the sale, ensuring their experience continues long after they collect their motorcycle
• Represent BMW Motorrad at events, shows and enthusiast experiences, connecting with riders and showcasing the brand
• Work alongside a passionate dealership team to deliver a seamless premium customer experience
• Take pride in presenting a showroom and motorcycle range worthy of the BMW badge

What you’ll bring

• A genuine passion for motorcycles, riding and the culture that surrounds them
• A natural ability to connect with people and turn conversations into relationships
• Sales or customer service experience, with automotive or motorcycle industry experience a definite advantage
• The motivation to achieve sales targets while never losing sight of the customer experience
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with people from all walks of life
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when required.

Note: A valid, full clean driver’s and motorcycle licence is essential
