Qualifications

• Experience in selling industrial/hydraulic hose.
• Strong passion for the Motion business and its offerings.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Ability to grow existing customers and target new business successfully.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Project manage key accounts ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to grow the MFP business.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and post-sales follow-up.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance company visibility.
• Handle product claims and assist with stock management and hose assembly activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
