Prime Fluid Management, Christchurch-based leaders in fluid handling solutions, seeks a sales professional to grow the South Island footprint. Role involves on-site client visits, developing business opportunities, and coordinating with the wider team to deliver practical pumping solutions.

You will travel to sites, build relationships with civil, quarrying and mining customers, and contribute to sales planning and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales development, preferably within pumping or a related technical industry.
• Strong relationship development skills and commercial acumen are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and expansion of Prime Fluid Management's presence in the South Island.
• Spend significant time on-site with clients and build long-term relationships.
• Update the sales pipeline, forecast, and maintain accurate activity records.
• Collaborate with operations, technical, and sales teams to develop fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Identify opportunities, referrals, and new partnerships through networking.
