Job summary

Prime Fluid Management, a trusted leader in fluid handling solutions with six branches nationwide, is expanding its sales team in New Zealand. This Christchurch-based role, reporting to the Sales Manager, focuses on the Civil, Quarries and Mining sectors and requires significant on-site client visits to build long-term relationships and identify opportunities across the South Island.

You will collaborate with operations, technical and sales teams to tailor pump and fluid management solutions

Qualifications

Proven success in sales development, preferably within pumping or a related technical industry.
Knowledge of pumping systems is advantageous.
Strong relationship development skills and commercial acumen are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a self-driven, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Drive growth and expansion of Prime Fluid Management’s presence across the South Island.
Spend significant time on-site with clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities.
Maintain the sales pipeline, plan and forecast, and keep accurate activity records.
Collaborate with operations, technical and sales teams to deliver fit-for-purpose pumping solutions.
