Job summary

BedsRus / Harrington Living is seeking a friendly Sales Consultant to join our Manukau team. This role focuses on listening to customers, building rapport and guiding buyers to the right sleep solutions.

BedsRus / Harrington Living is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our friendly Manukau team.

We're in the business of helping people sleep better - and with more choice than ever in beds, mattresses and sleep technology, our customers need someone who can listen, connect and make the buying experience simple.

That's where you come in.

You don't need to be a mattress expert on day one. What we're looking for is someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, building rapport and helping customers find the right solution.

What you'll be doing

• Connecting with customers and understanding what they're looking for
• Providing outstanding, personalised customer service
• Guiding customers through their purchase and confidently closing sales
• Taking phone enquiries and following up on opportunities
• Ordering and managing stock
• Occasionally assisting with deliveries and fit-outs
• Working as part of a supportive, energetic team

Sales experience is preferred, particularly 2+ years, but it's not essential. If you're naturally confident, engaging, motivated and genuinely enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time position working 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a roster. Flexible hours may be available for the right candidate.
