Hustle Institute Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant Manager to support the sales team in generating leads, converting enquiries into enrolments, and achieving business targets for our education and training programmes.

This role focuses on guiding a team, driving results, and delivering a superior customer experience throughout the enquiry and enrolment process. Leadership development and career progression are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and stakeholders.

• Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and targets.
• Handle inbound leads and enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Engage prospective learners to assess needs and recommend courses.
• Follow up leads to drive enrolments and improve conversions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to lift performance.
• Help develop sales strategies and improve follow-up processes.
• Track sales activities and maintain lead records for reports.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through enquiry to enrolment.

• Follow up with leads, drive enrolments and improve lead conversion rates.
• Monitor team sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Assist in developing sales strategies, improving follow-up processes and achieving team targets.
• Track sales activities, maintain accurate lead records and prepare sales performance reports.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and business development initiatives.
