Job summary

Hustle Institute Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant Manager to support the sales team in generating leads, converting enquiries into enrolments, and achieving business targets for our education and training programmes.

This role focuses on guiding a team, driving results, and delivering a superior customer experience throughout the enquiry and enrolment process. Leadership development and career progression are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong drive to hit targets and grow sales.
• Leadership potential to guide and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new processes.
• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or supervising a team is helpful.
• Experience in education or training sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and targets.
• Handle inbound leads and enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Engage prospective learners to assess needs and recommend courses.
• Follow up leads to drive enrolments and improve conversions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to lift performance.
• Help develop sales strategies and improve follow-up processes.
• Track sales activities and maintain lead records for reports.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through enquiry to enrolment.
• Participate in sales meetings, training and business development initiatives.
