Job summary

MONDO Ltd (NEW ZEALAND) in Auckland is seeking an energetic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Mt Wellington team, 5 days a week from 9am to 3pm.

You will support the sales team and retailers, develop promotional plans, prepare forecasts and materials for trade shows and campaigns. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Interest in consumer goods and beauty industry.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• NZ working visa required.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Key Account Manager to develop and implement promotional plans, providing insights on NZ market trends and optimising trade spend.
• Prepare regular sales and forecasting reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the relationships with retailers (e.g., Farmers, Green Cross Health, Chemist Warehouse) and act as a contact for Brand Principals.
• Prepare sales presentations for customers and brand principals.
• Co‑ordinate and collate marketing materials for advertising, trade shows, and customers.

With continued growth, we are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the Mt Wellington office which is conveniently located just off the motorway.

You will be the glue that binds it all together, the key link that ensures our sales team and valued customers get supported to the highest level. At Mondo we service the retail Pharmacy, department store, gift and health channels.

This is a newly created part‑time position with scope for progression.

Key Responsibilities
