Job summary

Lusty & Blundell is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support three areas: events, advertising/communications and brand operations. You will collaborate with Marketing Manager, sales, product and suppliers to deliver engaging marketing across channels.

This hands-on role requires strong organisation, a proactive approach and attention to detail, with opportunities to coordinate from briefing to delivery and to refine processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a marketing, communications, events or campaign coordination role.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience with email marketing, websites, social media or CRM platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, training, product launches and promotional activations.
  • Support email campaigns, website content, social media and digital advertising.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, assets and campaign trackers.
  • Coordinate supplier approvals, print/digital advertising and brand assets.
  • Assist with customer segmentation, lead management and performance reporting.

Lusty & Blundell is looking for an organised, creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing activity across our brands, products and customer channels.

Working with the Marketing Manager and alongside our sales, product and supplier teams, you will help coordinate events, advertising, communications and day-to-day marketing operations.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys variety, keeps projects moving and takes pride in delivering accurate, professional and engaging marketing activity. You will have the support and direction of the Marketing Manager while taking responsibility for coordinating agreed projects from briefing through to delivery.

About the role

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support three key areas of our marketing programme:

Events and activations

You will help coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, technical training, product launches and promotional activations.

This will include:

  • Maintaining event calendars, deadlines and project plans
  • Coordinating registrations, bookings, displays, signage, products and promotional materials
  • Liaising with event organisers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams
  • Preparing staff briefings, schedules and event communications
  • Supporting invitations, attendee registrations, lead capture and follow‑up activity
  • Assisting with event setup, delivery and pack‑down where required
  • Tracking event costs and helping prepare post‑event reports
Advertising, PR and communications

You will assist with the coordination and delivery of customer‑facing and internal communications across digital and traditional channels.

This will include:

  • Coordinating email campaigns, website content, social media and digital advertising
  • Preparing product announcements, newsletters, event invitations and promotional copy
  • Turning technical product information into clear and engaging customer communications
  • Coordinating print and digital advertising bookings, artwork and deadlines
  • Supporting public relations activity, media releases, case studies and product stories
  • Liaising with publications, industry partners, ambassadors and external suppliers
  • Reviewing campaign results and helping prepare performance reports
Brand and marketing operations

You will help keep the marketing function organised and ensure our company and supplier brands are represented consistently.

This will include:

  • Maintaining marketing calendars, campaign trackers and shared resources
  • Coordinating brochures, catalogues, signage, point‑of‑sale materials and merchandise
  • Managing logos, imagery, templates, product information and brand assets
  • Supporting website, landing page and customer portal updates
  • Maintaining contact lists and campaign information within HubSpot
  • Assisting with customer segmentation, lead management and reporting
  • Coordinating supplier approvals and co‑funded marketing activity
  • Helping document and improve marketing processes and workflows
About you

You will be someone who enjoys coordinating the detail behind successful marketing activity and working with a wide range of people.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Experience in a marketing, communications, events or campaign coordination role
  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once
  • Confidence communicating with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
  • Experience with email marketing, websites, social media or CRM platforms
  • The ability to proofread content and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • A practical, proactive and collaborative approach
  • Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar marketing platforms would be an advantage.
