Job summary

The Access Group is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join a small, self-organising team maintaining and enhancing the Unleashed product. You will back a backlog prioritised by Product Owners and contribute to architecture and high-performance code.

You will collaborate with Product and DevOps to ensure quality, release code frequently, and embrace an adaptive agile culture including XP, TDD, Kanban or scrum. Hybrid office work with strong growth opportunities is available.

Qualifications

Strong C# .Net coding experience and ability to build high-performance code.
Experience with design and technical aspects of product development.
Experience with document design, search tech like CouchDB/ElasticSearch or equivalents.
Data warehousing, BI and ETL development experience.
Knowledge of SaaS tech using .Net Core and modern frontends (React/Angular).
Experience with cloud technologies and CI/test automation in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Work on a backlog prioritised by Product Owners with agile input.
Interpret requirements, design, develop, validate and release code.
Collaborate with Product and DevOps to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Encourage innovation and problem solving while adding business value.
Support automated testing and frequent deployment cycles (bi-weekly to daily).
Contribute to moving toward scalable microservices on AWS.
