Job summary

Sharesies seeks an Engagement Lead to drive community-led engagement and education initiatives, representing the company at rural events and roadshows while building trust-based relationships with farming communities. The role is based in Auckland or Wellington, with extensive travel to regional areas.

You will develop content, speak publicly, and facilitate events, translating customer insights into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, B2B relationship management, or field marketing.
• Exceptional content creation, public speaking, and event facilitation capabilities.
• Translate customer insights into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Comfortable travelling to rural communities to engage face to face and develop strong relationships.
• Adaptable to change, and motivated by our vision and purpose.

Responsibilities
