Qualifications

• Proven people leadership experience with coaching and mentoring.
• Exceptional stakeholder relationship management with volunteers and senior members.
• Strong strategic thinking and organisational skills in a complex environment.
• Financial literacy and ability to interpret agreements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team through coaching, mentoring and capability building.
• Build trusted relationships with senior volunteers, committee members and industry stakeholders across New Zealand.
• Provide strategic advice, challenge thinking, and help stakeholders navigate complex issues.
• Oversee planning, budgets, reporting and service delivery across a diverse portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and increase impact of the Groups network.
