Sharesies is seeking an Engagement Lead to support rural initiatives. This fixed-term 12-month role sits in Auckland or Wellington, with frequent travel to regional communities.

You will build community-led engagement and education programmes, represent Sharesies at rural events and roadshows, and develop trust-based relationships across farming communities to support our mission of financial empowerment.

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, B2B relationship management, or field marketing.
• Excellent content creation, public speaking, and event facilitation.
• Willingness to travel to rural communities and translate insights into product feedback.
