Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand is seeking a Recruitment & Allocation Coordinator to support the Auckland region. You will manage end-to-end RMO administration, onboarding processes, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a smooth workflow for candidates and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, maintain accurate records, and contribute to workforce operations, reporting, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in high-volume administration or recruitment coordination.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
• Knowledge of the Treaty of Waitangi principles and commitment to cultural diversity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Taleo and HRIS experience desirable.

• Coordinate recruitment and allocation cycles for RMOs.
• Process onboarding documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with immigration, Medical Council registration, and health screening.
• Maintain records in HRIS and MCNZ systems and compile workforce reports.
• Build relationships with internal teams, training committees, and external agencies.
