Job summary

New Zealand Government is seeking a Recruitment & Allocations Manager for the Auckland Metro Region to lead the RMO Workforce Operations function. You will oversee recruitment, candidate management, onboarding and allocation of RMOs, ensuring the right workforce in the right place at the right time.

You will work with clinical and operational leaders, HR/ER, unions and regional teams to translate policy and agreements into practical delivery, drive planning, reporting and continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Experience leading people and complex operational work.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and allocation across the Auckland region for RMOs.
• Develop and deliver annual and ongoing recruitment plans and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR/ER, unions, clinical leaders and regional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems and workforce information.
