New Zealand Government Joba in Auckland seeks a proactive Recruitment and Allocation consultant to support RMOs across medical specialties. You will manage end-to-end RMO recruitment, build sourcing pipelines and care for candidates, and assist with workforce planning to meet training and service needs.

You will work with District services, clinicians, RMOs and candidates, providing expert guidance across the recruitment and allocation cycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, HR or workforce management experience.
• Confidence navigating a large, complex organisation.
• Ability to interpret and use raw data in decision making.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end RMO recruitment across Auckland.
• Maintain sourcing pipelines and candidate care for RMOs.
• Support annual workforce planning and allocations for training and service runs.
• Collaborate with District services, clinicians and candidates to ensure timely outcomes.
