Job summary

New Zealand Government Joba is seeking a dedicated RMO Daily Operations Advisor to support Auckland's junior doctor workforce across three districts. You will help manage rosters, leave and vacancy cover while delivering responsive, practical support to RMOs, clinical services and key stakeholders.

In this busy role you will respond to enquiries by phone, email and in person, maintain records, and contribute to run changes and after-hours scheduling.

Qualifications

• Confidence working through problems and changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous rostering or workforce coordination experience and excellent Microsoft Excel skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responding to RMO enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Managing rosters, leave and vacancy cover.
• Identifying issues and finding practical solutions.
• Maintaining accurate and organised records.
• Supporting orientation and run changeovers.
• Building positive relationships across clinical and workforce teams.
• Participating in the regional after-hours RMO booking service on a rostered basis.
